These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Global Printing. By engaging our services, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

We may collect personal information including, but not limited to, your name, contact details, billing information, and artwork files for the purpose of providing printing and related services.

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal information is processed lawfully and transparently for the following purposes:

  • Processing orders and delivering services
  • Communication regarding quotations, proofs, and production
  • Billing, payments, and record-keeping
  • Legal and regulatory compliance

4. Consent

By submitting personal information to Global Printing, you consent to its collection and use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and POPIA. Consent may be withdrawn in writing, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

6. Third-Party Disclosure

7. Client Supplied Artwork & Content

Clients confirm that they have the legal right to use all artwork, images, trademarks, and content supplied. Global Printing accepts no liability for copyright or intellectual property infringements.

8. Retention of Information

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

9. Data Subject Rights

In terms of POPIA, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information
  • Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data
  • Object to processing in certain circumstances

10. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

Orders are processed upon approval and/or payment. Orders in production cannot be cancelled. Refunds are limited to proven defects caused by Global Printing.

11. Limitation of Liability

Global Printing shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

13. Amendments

Global Printing reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication.
